By answering a short set of questions, you will begin to hold a mirror up to your culture, which then provides a fundamental understanding of your particular organization within a five-part performance grid.
In order to get started, carefully read each statement and check the appropriate response. When answering each question, please think of how your organization operates most of the time. Different groups and levels of individuals throughout your culture, will likely have differing views and opinions, outside of your own.
